  1. How many servings do you estimate this recipe to make? Do you have any nutrition information since you mention they are high protein? Thank you

    1. It will depend on the size of your biscuits, but I use a small cookie scoop and end up with 15-20 sausage balls. The protein will depend on specific ingredients, but with brand of sausage I use, eggs, and cheese the total protein is around 152g, per batch, or 7-10g of protein per sausage ball. Hope that helps.
