Method
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter.
- Add egg and 1/4 cup of milk and stir. Add a little more milk if necessary to help the batter comes together.
- Fold in sausage and cheese.
- Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet. I use a large ice cream/cookie scoop for this.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
