Method
- In a medium glass mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut or grate in butter and work in with pastry blender.
- Make a well in the center and add egg and milk. Stir together until dough comes together.
- Turn out onto the coutner and knead several times until smooth.
- Pat out into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Using a 3 inch biscuit cutter or glass, cut out biscuits and place on tray.
- Bake at 400 for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
