Cottage Cheese Scrambled Eggs

These cheesy, fluffy scrambled eggs are not only delicious, but pack a powerful punch of protein to start off your morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Method
 

  1. Crack eggs into a mixing bowl or measuring cup and scramble.
  2. Add cottage cheese and mix well.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or bacon grease.
  4. Pour in egg and cottage cheese mixture and cook eggs until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve immediately.
