Sourdough Discard Crackers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sourdough discard
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, discard, and butter in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide into two, wrap each piece in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 30 minutes up to 3 days.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. On a piece of floured parchment paper, roll the cracker dough as thin as possible.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  6. Cut the dough into squares and transfer to baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
  9. Store in airtight container.
