Cranberry Immunity Tea

A delicious and festive way to boost your immune systm.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • ginger, 1 inch piece sliced

Method
 

  1. Sliced oranges and ginger and place in tea pot or glass measuring cup.
  2. Add cranberries.
  3. Cover with hot water and allow to steep for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Sweeten with honey to taste.
