Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Balls

With all the yummy flavors of chocolate and peanut butter, these little treat has all the flavors of chocolate no bake cookies, but with healthy ingredients and an extra punch of protein.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder about 1/2 cup
  • 3 cups oats, blended

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey and peanut butter and mix well.
  2. Add cocoa powder and protein powder and stir.
  3. Stir in oats and combine well.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, press out onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  5. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer.
